Who I Support

I work with businesses, professionals and individuals preparing for negotiations, as well as parties already involved in mediation or settlement discussions.

Why Work With Me

Certified Executive Negotiation Specialist

My approach to negotiation preparation is informed by several experiences working across commercial law and business, mediation and negotiation, including previously as a solicitor where I negotiated commercial agreements, heads of terms and advised on business transactions in commercial property matters.

This gave me practical experience of how negotiations develop, how competing commercial interests are managed and the importance of understanding both the immediate issue and the wider objectives behind it.

As a mediator, I also see negotiations from a different perspective: where discussions become stuck, how proposals may be received by the other side and what can prevent parties from reaching agreement.

When providing negotiation support, I work with one party and am not acting as the mediator.
