I am a UK‑qualified solicitor and also an accredited commercial & civil and family Mediator.
With a career in commercial law since 2003 I have advised many clients on how to resolve complex disputes efficiently and practically and now bring that same commercial judgment into the mediation process. I combine an understanding of legal risk with a clear focus on business outcomes, helping parties resolve disputes earlier, reduce cost and disruption, and reach durable, commercially sensible agreements.
 
My decision to become a family mediator was shaped by both professional insight and personal experience, having experienced separation and divorce, as well as the ongoing responsibilities of co-parenting. This experience reinforced my belief that there is a constructive alternative to going to court. I understand the emotional and practical challenges families face during these transitions when separation brings uncertainty, heightened conflict, and complex decisions that affect the individuals involved and where there are children, may have a significant impact them as well. With over 12 years’ experience in the region, I also  developed a strong understanding of the cultural and practical dynamics that shape family life here.
